It is possible but you will have to boar the block a little and using h22 pistons and rods will sky rocket you compression. Heres what ya do. the F22 can take a decent amount of boost on the stock pistons and rods but if you have to forge them check out bisimoto.com. He makes almost anything you may need for the F22.
